R.I.P. Gina
Our sweet and lovely Gina, the puppy who was the inspiration behind this blog’s name, went on her last walk this past Wednesday. Gina had accompanied us for the last 15 years of our lives and she was the greatest companion you could wish for. She had chosen to live with us when she frequently visited from our neighbors. And just one day, she simply didn’t want to go back. She was playing ball for hours on end, a sweet cuddler, a very good swimmer, a cheese aficionado, a hilariously dangerous watchdog, and she travelled with us to Italy, Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, and to the Netherlands which she loved the most.
Gina left us on Wednesday, April 30th, at 2:48 pm. Needless to say, we were with her until the end.
