Live-Streaming Events with Chick Corea, Joe Lovano, Becca Stevens, Christian McBride, and More

It has become both pretty popular and very needed: Live-streaming events of artists performing in their living rooms, in a studio or elsewhere so that people can still enjoy something like a mini-concert. “Live From Our Living Rooms” is an online music festival and fundraiser with all proceeds being provided for emergency relief to New York City musicians whose freelance careers have been impacted.

Starting tomorrow, there will be a masterclass, a children’s program, and two performances each day from April 1st to April 7th. Among the artists scheduled to perform are Christian McBride & Melissa Walker (April 1st), Bill Frisell (April 2nd), Chick Corea (April 3rd), Joe Lovano & Judi Silvano (April 4th), Becca Stevens (April 5th), John Patitucci (April 6th), and Brandee Younger & Dezron Douglas (April 7th). Signed up for masterclasses are Yotam Silberstein, Adam Rogers, Joe Lovano, Dave Liebman, and more.
