Brazilian Legends in Berlin

After a visit by Martinho da Vila on June 2nd, the Brazilian series at Haus der Kulturen der Welt will continue on July 5th with the legendary Gilberto Gil. His new show “Nós a Gente – We The People” will celebrate the musical diversity and life itself with friends and family.

A week later, July 13th, will see another legend of Brazillian music: Gal Costa, part of the Tropicalismo movement in the late 70s, is clearly one of the giants of the MPB, the Música Popular Brasileira. We can’t wait to see her on the roof terrace of the “pregnant oyster”.
