Frank McComb Is Back In Berlin

With “Soulmate: Another Love Story”, singer, producer, composer, keyboarder Frank McComb has released another masterpiece, full of deep soul tracks like “Feelin’ Some Kinda Way”, the title track, or the 3-part “Mustard Seed”. He also has a number of special guests on his latest, like singers Maysa and Avery Sunshine as well as David P. Stevens and Najee. His cool groovin’ keyboard sounds are well displayed here, like on “We’re Gonna Be On Our Own” or “Season” and his only cover song on the album, Stevie Wonder‘s “Superstition”, gets a pretty funky, 9-minute treatment.

The track has been part of Frank’s live shows in recent years as well and is always a very special crowd pleaser. Frank is currently on tour supporting his new album (and you won’t find a lot of this caliber!) and plays London’s “Jazz Café” on June 26th, Band On The Wall in Manchester on June 27th, Berlin’s latest jazz club up north in Reinickendorf called Loci Loft on June 28th, and Klagenfurt in Austria on June 30th.
