jazzahead! Coming Up in April

It’s been a while since my last visit to Bremen for jazzahead! Actually, it was in 2015! Time flies when you’re having fun…This year’s jazzahead!, one of the world’s biggest gatherings of the global jazz scene, will take place April 11th-13th. The 2024 edition will focus on the Netherlands with showcases from Alessandro Fongaro’s Pietre, Ben van Gelder & Reinier Baas, BOI AKIH, Guy Salamon Group, Kika Sprangers Large Ensemble, Marmoucha Orchestra, Raw Fish, and Tineke Postma Aria Group.

But there is a lot more of course. Showcases from Overseas artists, European artists, and German artists. The biggest international trade fair which had 2800 participants from 51 countries last year. And the festival programme.
