“Te Amar Eterno” – Bruno Berle

Brazilian singer, songwriter, poet, and musician Bruno Berle‘s second full-length album, “No Reino Dos Afetos 2”, came out in early April on the London-based Far Out Recordings label. His unique songwriting and singing skills, always veering towards a certain tenderness, was already alive and well on his debut release which came out two years before. His meticulous approach, his being in two worlds at the same time, the folk and acoustic and traditional on the one hand and the more electronic, dreamlike pop on the other, makes him one of the most meaningful artists of our time. “Te Amar Eterno”, the ultimate love song with its utterly gentle expression and Bruno’s dreamy, soaring vocals, is one of several highlights of the album which he co-produced with his musical partner, Batata Boy. MPB meets Lo-Fi. Highest caliber. His show in Berlin in mid-May was church and club, living room and darkroom.
