Weekly Gina Playlist Now Online

While on the train back to Berlin yesterday, we’ve received a lot of new music. Friday release day! So Gina was able to come up with her latest weekly playlist last night. An hour of music which has touched us one way or the other in the past seven days. There is new stuff from Minneapolis-based Bain, a second new single off Sao Paulo-based Bruno Berle‘s new album “No Reino Dos Afetos 2”, coming on April 5th, and a third single off the highly anticipated new album from Jordan Rakei, “The Loop”, to be released May 10th. “Learning” is another winner, which actually reminded me of some of the best stuff from Stevie Wonder, especially the haunting vocals and soulful handclaps towards the end of the track.

We also have new music from Ledisi, whose “Good Life” album came out yesterday. Also out since Friday, a new album by Taylor Eigsti. “Plot Armor” features some very special guests, Lisa Fischer among them. Pianist Jacky Terrasson releases “Moving On” on April 19th. His second single “R&B” just came out. Plus new Crackazat, Nicole Glover, Jasmine Myra, and many more. Please enjoy and give Gina’s new playlist your like.
