34th Cully Jazz Festival

The 34th Cully Jazz Festival has announced its first artists for the 2016 edition. The festival, which runs April 8th to 16th, will feature Dianne Reeves in a concert at the Chapiteau on April 10th. Also on the lineup: the Erik Truffaz Quartet and the Mark Giuliana Jazz Quartet on April 13th.

The full programme will be revealed on January 19th. Last year, the Swiss city welcomed Gregory Porter, Gogo Penguin (who just signed with Blue Note Records for a three-album deal, the first of which will be released in February), Joshua Redman Trio, Brad Mehldau Trio, Zara McFarlane, Lisa Simone, Elina Duni, and Manu Dibango, among many others.
