3rd Jazz Across Borders in St. Petersburg

For the third edition of Jazz Across Borders (JAB), the president of the forum and festival, jazz musician Igor Butman has divided the event into five parts: the JAB conference which will include panels, workshops, discussions, and meetings with industry professionals. The JAB showcases will present Russian and foreign musicians and bands to promoters, labels, journalists, and programme directors of festivals and clubs.

The JAB clubnight will feature lots of live shows around the clubs of St. Petersburg and the Expo presents Russian and foreign jazz companies. Finally, the JAB Gala presents Igor, the Moscow Jazz Orchestra, and others in concert on November 16th at the St. Petersburg Philharmonic.

Application deadline for showcases will be on Monday, October 7th and the forum and festival will run from November 15th to 16th in St. Petersburg. All info can be found right here: http://www.culturalforum.ru/
